Our events can vary in what may be needed or asked of from participants. Some of our events may have water activities or service opportunities so keep an eye out through Woapink publications if it is asked of.

Spring Fellowship
In the spring, we have our annual spring fellowship where we hold our ceremonies in inducting new ordeal and brotherhood members. We also have service opportunities, great food, and lots of fun.
Inductions Weekend
At our inductions weekend, we hold our ceremonies given by our awesome ceremonies team for a two-day event as we induct more new ordeal and brotherhood members.
Fall Fellowship
Much like Spring Fellowship, at Fall Fellowship, we hold fun games and events with plenty of opportunities to be involved in the LEC (Lodge Executive Committee) and service project opportunities. It surely is a time not to miss as you get to fellowship with other Arrowmen and grow connections.

Section C-3B Conclave
At our Section Conclave, we get to join our other six lodges of Shawnee, Illini, Illinek, Nisha Kittan, Black Hawk, and Anpetu-We for a time like no other. Our section holds a huge event filled with activities, trainings, games, a scouting museum, and much more. This event is held at our various camps around the section with it occasionally being at our very own Rhodes France Scout Reservation. This is an event you surely do not want to miss as you get to connect with other lodges, patch trade, and eat amazing food.
National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC)
The National Order of the Arrow Conference is an amazing experience. Held at universities across the country every two years, thousands of Arrowmen from Lodge’s all over the nation come together for OA’s largest event. Filled with trainings given by professional Scouters, ceremony competitions, patch trading galore, games and activities, and the closing shows that you do not want to miss.
Woapink Merit Badge Fair
Our Woapink Merit Badge Fair is an annual event at Richland Community College where we invite many different Merit Badge Counselors to teach fun badges from Movie Making to Fire Safety. We also provide a fun time with food and the occasional appearance of our famous WALLY.
Possum Palooza
Our Possum Palooza is our Lodge’s unique event we hold each year where we go do something fun. Whether that be going to six flags, skiing and snowboarding, or anything extravagant, the possibilities of what we do are endless. Be on the look out of our next possum palooza and if you have any big ideas of something you’d love to do with the lodge, let us know by connecting with our lodge chief.
Winter Banquet
Our Winter Banquet’s are one to remember. Hosted at different banquet halls, we have amazing food with the addition of a silent auction where lodge members have taken their time and resources to make amazing works of art to auction off along with the occasional vintage patch or neat camping item. At Winter Banquet, we also have our guest speakers that light up the show along with our ceremony brought to you by our ceremonies team. We finish the night with awards given to our OA members who have shown great service in and outside of the lodge.
